Nebudete potřebovat ‚čtyři a dvacet‘; tento malý trychtýř na koláče s ptáčkem si poradí více než dobře! Obzvláště užitečný pro ovocné koláče – umístěte trychtýř do středu koláče, zabrání vybublávání náplně a umožní únik páry, aby těsto zůstalo křupavé.
Porcelán.
Used this in my apple pie last weekend and the filling stayed put, no more burnt mess at the bottom of the oven. The little bird shape actually holds the top crust up nicely while it bakes, and it's easy to wash after.
My cherry pie used to leak all over the oven floor, but this little bird in the center caught every bit of the bubbling filling. The hole in the top let steam escape without making a mess, and the pie came out perfectly intact.
I used the funnel for a peach pie last weekend and the steam holes kept the filling from bubbling over completely, which has never happened with my other pies. The little bird shape is a nice touch that guests kept commenting on.
