Vhodné do mikrovlnné trouby, trouby i mrazničky.
Vystačí na 12 kusů.
The moulds are clearly marked so piping even rows of meringues finally feels foolproof, and they peel off without tearing the shells. I used mine for a batch of mini pavlovas and every single one came out the same size. It's become my go-to weekend baking shortcut.
Piping perfectly round meringues used to take me forever, but these moulds are a total game changer for getting consistent mini batches. The indents are deep enough that my mixture holds its shape without any spreading, and they peel away cleanly every time.
Honestly, the moulds are so clearly defined that my piped meringues come out looking identical every single time, which is a total game changer for batch bakes. The silicone is sturdy enough to hold its shape when I move it around, and they clean up with just a quick rinse.
