Finally got clean gingerbread men without the dough tearing or sticking to the cutter. The simple outline makes the shape pop perfectly after baking, and the stainless steel rinses off in seconds. My kids actually ate all of them before I could ice a single one.
The stainless steel edge cut through my chilled dough like butter, and the simple outline left a crisp gingerbread man every single time. I used it for icing shapes too, and the clean lines made decorating way less fiddly than I expected.
Baked a dozen of these for the kids' holiday party and the simple outline cut through the dough cleanly every single time, no stuck edges or misshapen arms. The stainless steel wiped right off with a damp cloth, which made the whole cleanup almost painless.
