The cookies come out looking so uniformly adorable that my kids actually fought over which one got the face with the little nose. It's heavy enough to cut cleanly through chilled dough without bending, which makes the whole process pretty foolproof.

Crisp edges on this cutter mean the hedgehog’s spikes actually show up after baking, not just a blurry blob. I’ve already made two batches for a kids’ party and every single one came out identical. The size is just right for little hands to decorate, too.

The little hedgehog shape comes out perfectly crisp every time, and it’s honestly the cutest thing in my baking drawer. Even my kids fight over which one gets the “spiky” side up before they go in the oven.
