I’ve had this for two months and the folding arms are the reason I finally stopped using a pile of bowls as a makeshift scale. It opens up nice and flat, so even a big mixing bowl sits steady, and it slips into a drawer without snagging anything. Great for a tiny kitchen.

I keep it on the counter next to my flour jar because it takes up almost no space, and the three arms really do give you a stable platform even for a big mixing bowl. The fold-away design is what sold me, but the accuracy has been spot-on for every bread recipe I’ve tried.
