簡単に使えます
再利用可能な木製インサート（セットには太陽、ハニカム、ハートのデザインが含まれます）を、模様面を上にして発酵用バスケットに置き、くっつかないようにしっかりと粉をふり、その上に生地を置いて発酵させます。生地を取り出すときにインサートを外すと、パンの表面に模様が刻印されているのがわかります。そのまま焼き上げるだけです。
拭き取りでお手入れ簡単。
