I've been hunting for a decent set of cutters for ages and the double-sided design is such a space-saver in my drawer. The crimped edge gives my jam biscuits that proper bakery look without any extra effort, and the plastic feels sturdy enough to last through many baking sessions.
I was worried the plastic would bend, but the double-sided design is sturdy and the crimped edge cuts through dough cleanly every time. My jam-filled biscuits finally come out looking bakery-worthy instead of ragged.
The crimped side gives my scones that bakery-style scalloped edge without any fuss, and the double-sided design means I can switch to plain rounds for cookies in seconds. They’re sturdy enough to press through thick dough, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.
