My lemon drizzle came out with a perfectly even glaze, which I've never managed with a spoon. The shower-head pattern on the lid is genius, and the bottle holds just the right amount for a standard loaf.
The little holes in the lid are spaced just right, so the syrup comes out in a steady, fine drizzle instead of a flood. I used it on a lemon loaf this morning and the top soaked through perfectly without any sticky mess. Really glad I grabbed this for my baking kit.
I was skeptical the syrup would pool in the middle like my old spoon method, but the shower-head pattern spreads it evenly across the whole cake in one pass. Made a drizzle cake for a bake sale and the top came out perfectly glossy with zero dry spots.
