The embosser pressed the Platform 9¾ design into my sugar cookies so cleanly, it looked like it came from a bakery. My kids got a real kick out of seeing the detail on every single one, and it made our Harry Potter movie night feel extra special.
I was honestly bracing for the cutter to bend on the first press, but the metal is surprisingly sturdy and sliced through chilled dough cleanly. The embossed 9¾ imprint stayed crisp after baking, which made all the difference for the themed party treats.
The embosser stamp leaves the 9¾ detail crisp on every biscuit, even on my second batch when the dough had warmed up a bit. It’s turned a plain sugar cookie bake into the centrepiece of my Harry Potter party, and the kids refused to eat them until they’d all been photographed.
