Cobb 바비큐 로스팅 랙

I was skeptical that a little wire rack would make much difference, but the air gap under the food really does keep things from steaming. My roast chicken came out with crispy skin on the bottom for the first time. The hooks sit tight on the cooking surface so nothing wobbles.

The roasting rack lifted my pork shoulder perfectly off the surface, so the heat circulated evenly without any scorched bits. Cleanup was a breeze too, and it fits snugly inside the Cobb without wobbling. I've used it three times already for chicken and veg, and everything's come out spot-on.

Roasted a whole chicken on this last weekend and the skin came out crisp instead of soggy, which was my main gripe before. Only wish the gaps were a touch smaller since a few veg slices slipped through. Solid addition to the kit though.
