Finally, a cutter that makes sense of the whole gingerbread house ordeal—the walls and roof pieces fit together so snugly that I barely needed any icing to keep them standing. My kids decorated three houses in an hour without a single collapse.
I’ve made gingerbread houses before and always end up with lopsided walls, but this cutter gives you all the pieces in one go, so assembly actually lines up. The 3D design makes the whole process way less fiddly, and the roof fits snugly without extra trimming.
Finally, a cutter that actually understands how cookie houses are supposed to fit together. The walls and roof pieces align perfectly, so I didn't have to wrestle with royal icing gaps the way I always did before. Definitely my new go-to for Christmas baking.
