Rolling it up to stash in the drawer took me two seconds, and it’s honestly the first cooling rack that hasn’t made a clattering mess every time I dig for a pan. The rolled size fits perfectly in my narrow cabinet slot, and it holds a full batch of cookies without bending.
The blue color is actually a nice pop in my kitchen, and I love that it rolls up tight to slide next to the mixing bowls instead of clattering around the cabinet. Cookies cooled evenly on it with no sagging in the middle, which was my biggest worry with a flexible rack.
