Perfect voor wie zijn ecologische voetafdruk wil verkleinen zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit.
The sheets slide off the baking tray without a single crumb stuck, and the unbleached color gives me peace of mind about what touches my food. I've already used them for three batches of cookies and they held up perfectly at high heat.
I can actually see the difference in the recycled paper—it feels a bit more textured but holds up great in the oven. The 41x32cm size fits my standard sheet tray perfectly.
Finally a parchment that doesn’t curl up the moment it hits the oven, and the unbleached look makes me feel better about waste. They’re sturdy enough to reuse for a second batch of cookies without tearing, which I’ve never gotten from the bleached rolls.
