Dexam Roestvrijstalen Mengkom 5 Liter

The 5-litre capacity is a real game-changer for my Sunday bread baking—I can knead a full kilo of dough without flour spilling over the rim. The stainless steel feels solid and wipes clean in seconds, even after sticky honey oat mixtures.

Finally a bowl that doesn't try to escape the counter while I'm kneading dough—the weight and grip are spot on. Tossed a huge salad in it last night and there was still room to spare. Cleanup's a breeze too, just a quick rinse and it's done.

I was a bit worried a metal bowl would feel flimsy, but the stainless steel is properly thick and feels like it'll last for years. It handles a full bread dough batch without wobbling, and cleanup is a breeze since nothing sticks to the surface.
