Instant Pot Eierhapjes

I was skeptical about getting seven perfect bites at once, but the non-stick silicone releases each one cleanly with just a gentle push. The lid keeps the steam off the tops, so they come out fluffy instead of soggy every time.

I was skeptical about making egg bites at home, but this silicone tray with its lid just sits right in my Instant Pot and turns out seven perfect ones every time. Cleanup is a breeze since nothing sticks, and they slide right out.

The silicone lid really keeps the steam in, so the bites stay moist instead of turning rubbery. Seven at a time is perfect for our busy mornings—I just pop them in while I’m getting ready and they’re done by the time I grab my coffee.
