The flip-top design is genius—one second I’m weighing flour on the flat mat, the next I flip it over to mix a batter right in the stainless bowl. Touch controls respond instantly, and the display is bright enough to read even with flour dust on my fingers.

I’ve had this scale for three weeks and the touch controls are so responsive—no more pressing down and accidentally adding extra flour. The flip to a stainless steel bowl is a lifesaver when I’m mixing wet ingredients right on the scale, and the display is readable even when I’m in a hurry.
