Langt bedre enn tørkede erter, bønner eller ris – disse nesten uforgjengelige keramiske bakebønnene leder varme for jevn steking, er non-stick og varer i årevis.
These are so much heavier and sturdier than the bag of rice I used to use, and they really do sit flat without shifting around. Cleaned them with a quick rinse and they look brand new, so I'm set for years of tarts.
My pie crusts finally stay flat and even—the ceramic beans sit snugly without shifting around like rice always did. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since they're non-stick, and 700g covers my standard tart pan perfectly. These'll outlast my rolling pin, honestly.
They really do conduct heat better than the dried beans I used to use—my tart shells come out evenly golden with no soggy spots. The non-stick surface wiped clean in seconds, and at 700g there's plenty to fill even my biggest tin.
