Julenissen geometrisk kakeform

The Santa shape is the perfect size for a batch of iced biscuits, and the edges cut cleanly through even a thicker dough without any bending. Made up about thirty cookies for the kids' school party and they all held their shape in the oven.

The geometric Santa shape is so much sharper than the round-bellied cutters I've used before, and the dough comes out clean every single time. My kids actually fought over who got to press this one into the gingerbread, which says everything about how fun it is for festive baking.

The crisp geometric edges cut through the dough cleanly, and Santa’s face came out perfectly defined even with thick gingerbread. This is now a staple for our holiday cookie tray — the shape holds up beautifully through baking.
