Part of the build-up to Christmas is having a baking day with the children. Here’s a set of seasonally inspired cookie cutters that will keep the little ones occupied, and ensure the biscuits turn out a treat.
We did a full Sunday bake with these and the shapes cut cleanly through even thick dough, which made the biscuits look properly festive. The kids loved picking their favorite star and tree, and cleanup was a breeze since they're just one piece.
The kids actually stayed focused for a whole hour cutting out trees and stars, and the shapes held up perfectly in the oven without losing their edges. The set has enough variety that we didn’t get bored making batch after batch, and cleanup was quick since they’re easy to wash by hand.
The star-shaped and tree-shaped cutters held their shape perfectly through baking, no bending or warping at all. We made three batches in one afternoon and the kids were able to handle them easily with no sharp edges.
