The whisky is gentle rather than boozy, just a warm hint behind the dark chocolate, and the gingerbread itself stays soft instead of crumbling. I meant to save the rest of the box and failed on day two.

The gingerbread itself is nicely spiced and the chocolate coating snaps when you bite it, but at 128g the box barely lasted two sittings. For the price I expected the whisky note to come through more; it mostly just tastes like plain gingerbread with dark chocolate.
