The non-stick surface handles rolled-out dough beautifully—it lifted right off without any sticking or tearing. I’ve used it for lining trays and as a clean station for my kids, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.
Bought two of these to keep my toddler busy while I bake, and they're perfect for that—the colorful mats give her her own clean spot to squish dough without it sticking to the counter. They've held up fine through the dishwasher and freezer so far.
The silicone surface is super non-stick and wipes clean in seconds, which is a lifesaver when my toddler helps me roll out cookie dough. It's also nice that we can just toss it in the freezer with prepped items and pull it right off without any sticking.
