I already tried making Jammie Dodgers and they came out with proper scalloped edges, the cutter holds its shape through pressing and lifting without sticking. Even the smaller custard cream one is deep enough to get a clean cut through thicker dough.
The cutters are surprisingly sturdy for the price, and the Custard Cream shape came out perfectly crisp. I used them for a bake sale and the Jammie Dodgers looked just like the real thing. My only struggle was stopping myself from eating all the dough before baking.
The detail on these is spot on—the custard cream cutter even has the little scalloped edges, so my biscuits actually look like the real thing instead of sad blobs. Made a batch for a bake sale and they all disappeared within the hour.
