The chocolate coins I piled in here for Christmas didn't slide around at all, the bowl's shallow curve keeps everything sitting nicely. Looks festive enough that I left it out on the counter even after the truffles were gone.
This bowl is the perfect size for holding everything from mixed nuts to those chocolate truffles, and it looks gorgeous sitting out on the coffee table. The carved wood detail feels really substantial and well-made, not flimsy at all. I've already used it for three different snack spreads this week.
Bought this mainly for olives and nuts when we have people over, and it holds a generous amount without looking cluttered. Only thing is it's a touch wider than my cabinet shelf, so it lives on the counter now.
