The needle actually makes a difference — I injected garlic butter straight into the breast and it came out so juicy. The silicone bulb is easy to squeeze and holds a good amount of liquid without dripping.
I've never injected a turkey before, but the needle made it easy to get butter and broth deep into the breast, and the meat came out noticeably juicier. The stainless barrel also cleans up way faster than the plastic baster I used for years.
The silicone bulb has a nice firm squeeze, way easier to control than the old plastic one I had. Injected garlic butter into a whole chicken and it came out so juicy, even the leftovers weren't dry the next day.
