Snowed in last weekend so I put the kettle on and these biscuits disappeared in one sitting. The ginger kick is warm without being overpowering, and they hold up fine for dunking. My tree's still half-decorated but honestly nobody minded.
These came in handy for decorating the tree with my niece, and the gingerbread smell filled the whole kitchen as soon as I opened the box. Only gripe is a couple of biscuits arrived cracked, but they still tasted great with tea.
