My kids actually fight over who gets to press out the center heart—it separates with a satisfying pop every time. The cutter is sturdy enough to push through chilled dough without bending, and the tiny hearts bake up just as golden as the big ones.
The little heart inside pops out cleanly every time, and the dinky bite-sized heart is a fun bonus that my kids fight over before the biscuits are even baked. Took me two tries to get the hang of pressing it down firmly, but now it’s my go-to for Valentine’s Day.
The two-step cut is genius—you get the outer heart, the inner ring, and that tiny center heart all in one press. Bake them together and the little ones are perfect for popping into a cup of hot chocolate.
