I didn't expect much from a turner, but the wide head actually scoops fries off the grill without dropping half of them. The handle stays cool enough to grab bare-handed even after ten minutes over hot coals.

The wide head flips a whole burger without it sliding off, and the edge is thin enough to scrape the grates clean. Feels solid in the hand too, no flex when I press down on a heavier patty.

The offset handle kept my hand clear of the grate while flipping burgers, which is exactly what I needed. It's sturdy enough that I'm not worried about it bending when I press down on a patty.
