Easy to use
Just place one of the reusable wooden inserts (the set comprises sun, honeycomb and heart designs) pattern-side up into your proving basket, flour well to prevent sticking, then put your dough on top to prove. When you turn out your dough, remove the insert and you’ll see the pattern has been imprinted on the top of your loaf, ready for baking in.
