Made from one piece of steel that runs the length of the handle so it won’t bend or rust, it features a triple-looped design to prevent clumping when mixing ingredients and thick dough.

A rubber-edged dough scraper/spatula which features one curved side and one straight one, making it easy to scrape dough out of bowls, as well as scraping dough off worktops. It’s ideal for folding and dividing dough, and the straight side has ruler markings so you can measure dough as it proves.
