With four sets of colour-coded discs that slot onto the end of the beechwood barrel and raise it to different heights, it’s easy to roll your biscuit dough, pie tops, lasagne sheets, filo pastry and pizza dough to an even thickness for perfect results. And helpfully, the barrel has measurements on it to help you get the width right too.
The removable colour-coded discs (2mm, 4mm, 6mm and 10mm) are dishwasher safe and can be stored on the barrel to keep them safe between baking days.
